January 2026 marks a major milestone for ServiceWorks. This release focuses on reducing operational friction, improving parts and approval workflows, and modernizing the field experience—all driven by how service businesses actually operate in the real world.
From new network integrations to a next-generation mobile app, these updates are designed to help teams move faster, stay informed, and make better decisions without adding complexity.
Expanded Dispatch Integrations: Sundberg & National Service Alliance (NSA)
We’ve expanded our dispatch ecosystem with new integrations for Sundberg and National Service Alliance (NSA).
Jobs can now be dispatched directly into ServiceWorks, reducing manual entry, eliminating delays, and ensuring dispatch data flows cleanly into scheduling, billing, and reporting workflows. This improves speed, accuracy, and visibility for teams managing high job volume from multiple sources.
Smarter Parts Management & Ordering Enhancements
Parts logistics continue to be one of the most complex areas of service operations, and this release introduces several improvements to simplify ordering and tracking:
Location-Based Ordering for Marcone & Reliable
You can now place purchase orders based on location for Marcone and Reliable, helping ensure parts are sourced from the most appropriate branch and reducing shipping delays.
Encompass Tracking ID Visibility
Tracking IDs from Encompass are now displayed immediately after PO creation, providing faster access to shipment details and reducing follow-ups and guesswork.
Manufacturer-to-Customer Parts Tracking
We’ve added the ability to track parts shipped directly from manufacturers to a customer’s home. Even when parts bypass your warehouse or office, ServiceWorks maintains visibility—keeping technicians, dispatchers, and customer service aligned.
New Workflow: Convert Jobs to Estimates (and Back Again)
Handling additional services or parts approvals just became much easier.
You can now:
- Convert an active job into an estimate
- Send it to the customer for approval and signature
- Convert it back into a job
The same job number is preserved throughout the process, eliminating duplicate records and maintaining continuity for reporting, billing, and technician workflows.
Introducing the New Mobile App: SWOpsCenter
January also brings the launch of SWOpsCenter, our next-generation mobile app.
SWOpsCenter features:
- A completely redesigned interface
- Improved speed and responsiveness
- A modern, intuitive experience for technicians and field teams
This new app lays the foundation for faster field operations and future mobile enhancements, while delivering immediate performance improvements.
Built for Real-World Operations
Every enhancement in the January 2026 release reflects our ongoing commitment to:
- Reducing manual work
- Increasing operational visibility
- Supporting complex, multi-network service environments
- Delivering tools that scale with your business
As always, these updates are informed by real customer workflows and feedback from across the ServiceWorks community.
What’s Next
Our roadmap continues to evolve with upcoming work on OEM-specific mileage policies, advanced capacity management, expanded dispatch automation, and deeper network integrations—all focused on helping service businesses operate with confidence and clarity.
Thank you for continuing to build with ServiceWorks.
