Notification templates like “Job Created” and “Ticket Reschedule” doesnt always sound great to all the industries SW clients are in. in my industry of bin cleaning, ticket reschedule has thrown off some of my customers, and a couple of them commented on the “job created” being so formal.
Would love to be able to customize these are its the first thing a new customer sees!
