ServiceWorks has released Two Way messaging on the ServiceWorks app! With Two Way messaging you can now receive and reply to messages from your customers directly on the app. This makes it easier for you to communicate with your customers and provides them with a more immediate response. The new Two Way messaging feature is available on both Android and iOS devices.
For your convenience, ServiceWorks has access to messaging in multiple areas.
You will be able to access messaging directly from each job. To use a number different from your personal number choose ServiceWorks Message.
You will also see a Message option in the menu. A red dot signifies that there is a message available. The blue circle next to each contact will show the number of messages waiting to be read from that person.
With this new feature, you will be able to see any messages that are in response to automated notifications. You can then respond as necessary and stay up-to-date on what is happening with your notifications.
