System Patches and Updates for December 27th, 2022

The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks

  • Customer A/R
    – Added the ability to see 50, 100, 300, or 500 customers at a time
    – Resolved issue with customer data loading incorrectly in Customer A/R
    – Resolved issue with Warranty A/R not updating billing information
  • Jobs/Estimates
    – Resolved issue with missing recurrence link in the job ticket
    – Fields with a value of 0.00 no longer display on estimation tickets
    – Fixed issue where Job In Jeopardy notification was not sent
  • Scheduling/Optimization
    – Fixed issues with assigned job view for technicians
    – Addressed issues with saved routes displaying in an incorrect order
    – Pin Map feature now originates from the company location saved in Site Settings
    – Addressed issue with recurrence dates displaying improperly for the month of February
  • Misc
    – ‘Set Max Quantity’ can now be set by a toggle in the Price List
    – “Total Amount After Return” dynamic data tag added to POS template legend
    – Resolved issue where deleting inactive items did not remove them from inventory
    – Fixed issues with Payment page not accepting credit cards

We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
