System Patches and Updates for December 13th, 2022

The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:

  • New Features:
    Good, Better, Best: Multi-Option Estimations
    SMS Blast feature
    Multiple Invoice Emails
    – New Report: Tax Paid by Zip Code
  • Mobile App:
    – Tasks have been added to the More tab
    – Resolved issue with Model search missing information in the mobile app
    – Addressed scrolling issue in the Parts Required list
    – Fixed ability to edit more than one inventory item at a time
    – Dashboard no longer includes canceled jobs in Job Total
  • Misc:
    – Fixed resolution issue when using the desktop version of the program on iPad
    – Customer View now has a pinned map of customer addresses
    – Custom fields can now be designated during import processes
    – Addressed issue with renaming inventory bins and not saving changes
    – Tax line no longer appears if tax is not applied in Instant Booking
    – Resolved issues with the timesheet and the time clock displaying incorrectly

We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
