With the holiday season drawing near, you may find yourself needing to block off or shorten some of your working days to accommodate. Here’s a quick walkthrough on how to set this up within your ServiceWorks software with the Special Hours feature:
To block off or restrict service dates within ServiceWorks, first navigate to Configuration Tab -> Getting Started. Once in the Getting Started section, select Company Operation.
Now that you’re in the Company Operation menu, scroll down to the Special Hours section. Here you can setup which days you have shortened hours for or are closed outright. Once set, these days will be unavailable for any type of scheduling. Be sure to click Save once finished to save your dates. There’s no limit to how many you can set up, so be sure to make use of this feature as many times as needed!
