Two way message to your customer

ServiceWorks now has the ability to send two-way message to your customer. You can send text message from any job and customer can reply back. The customer messaging is visible from any job page of the customer in the web portal.

Open any jobs page and you will find a new message link

Click the message link will open the message window. From here any employee can have back and forth communication with the customer. And whatever customer send back will be visible in here.
