Convert Estimation to Job in Mobile app

Create estimation from web or from the app. And when you are done with your estimation, just click Convert to Job button and the job will be created.

Sorting option in all grid view.

You can now the sort the grid of Job, Customer, AR, Job Template, Task by any column.

Custom Field Legend in Notification Template

You can now include custom fields in all the notification template.

Ability to send payment receipt from mobile app

In the payment tab of the app you will see Email Payment Receipt link to send receipt of all payments collected so far for this job.

Generate refund from Customer A/R

In the Customer A/R Payment grid we introduced a new label called Payment where you can see all past payments made for this customer.

You can select one or payment and click Proceed To Refund button and process refund in next page.

Customized cancellation reasons

You can add your own cancellation reasons in Configuration->Job Setting->Cancellation Reason

Display Product/Item charges in mobile app

Display charges grouped by Product and Item in the mobile app.

Time sheet and Time Off for all employee

Under your name in the top right you will find two new links for adding your time and sending time off request from the web. This is available for everyone except admin.

The permission for this is applicable for no tech roles.

Show availability in Instant booking page

The availability in the instant booking will show as booked if all your slot is filled up. It will also show the week starting from today. Remember the availability of instant booking is set based on the Time Range and Number of techs you have.

Imagine you have the following time ranges setup

  • 9am to 11 am
  • 11am to 1pm
  • 1pm to 3pm
  • 3pm to 5pm

You have 3 technicians in your company and your average job completion duration is 60 minute. So that means you have 8 slots available and have 3 techs so it is basically 24 spots available. When these 24 spots are booked the availability in instant booking will show as booked,
