ServiceWorks syncs all the data from ServiceWorks to QuickBooks online in the appropriate accounting bucket. Search for the transactions that you want to be synced by the date range.
Steps to follow
For online QuickBook sync these steps has to be followed
- Sync Chart of Account independently: This will bring all the Chart of Accounts from QB to ServiceWorks and SW to QB.
- Sync Customers independently: This will do two way sync and all customers from QB will come to SW and from SW it will go to QB.
- When those are done let your product specialist know so we can set relevant chart of account head as your inventory or service items may not be associated with any specific chart of account
- Next you can go and sync whatever you need.
All the Service Items are mapped to a Chart of Account Sales under Acct Type INC if it is not associated otherwise
All Items are mapped to Chart of Account Cost of Good sold under ACCT type COGS if it is not associated otherwise
ALL Inventory items are mapped to Chart of Account Inventory Asset under Acct Type OCASSET if it is not associated otherwise

Associate your Items to Specific Chart of Account
Go to Configuration->PriceList. Edit a Service Item and select appropriate Chart of Account. You can pick any from this list but make sure they are of Account Type INC, otherwise in QuickBooks it will not be considered as Income.
Go to Inventory -> Item -> Edit an item. appropriate Chart of Account. You can pick any from this list but make sure they are of Account Type COGS, otherwise in QuickBooks it will not be considered as Cost of Good Sold.
